Agreement to Terms

Use License

• Use the services for any unauthorized purpose, including any commercial purpose without our express written consent.
• Access or use any part of the services for which we charge a fee without paying the applicable fees.

Service Description

Our services include but are not limited to:

• Access to Neural Memory Network infrastructure, designed for scalable performance and advanced analytics.
• Knowledge graph processing and analysis tools that enable you to extract insights from complex data.
• API access and integration capabilities, allowing seamless connectivity with your existing systems and workflows.
• Comprehensive technical support and detailed documentation to facilitate effective use of our services.
• Regular updates to ensure the latest features and improvements are available to you.

User Responsibilities

As a user of GraphFusion's services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete account information at all times.
• Maintain the security of your credentials and promptly notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.
• Use the services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to data protection laws.
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of our services.
• Not exceed usage limits or engage in any activity that could harm or disrupt the service or its performance.
• Be responsible for any content you post or share through our services and ensure that you have the necessary rights to do so.

Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of your data. However, GraphFusion owns all rights, title, and interest in the following:

• All service-related intellectual property, including but not limited to patents, trademarks, and copyrights.
• Neural network architectures and algorithms developed by GraphFusion, including any improvements or modifications.
• System improvements derived from aggregate usage, which may be used to enhance our services.
• Documentation, training materials, and other resources provided to you in connection with our services.

Service Level Agreement

We are committed to providing a high level of service and will strive to meet the following standards:

• 99.9% service availability, excluding scheduled maintenance and force majeure events.
• 24/7 technical support via our designated channels.
• Regular system updates and maintenance to enhance security and performance.
• Data backup and disaster recovery protocols to protect your information and ensure business continuity.

Limitation of Liability

GraphFusion shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses.
• Service interruptions, outages, or data loss due to circumstances beyond our control.
• Third-party actions or content, including content that may be linked to or from our services.
• Issues arising from user misuse or failure to comply with these Terms.
• Any claim or damages arising from your use or inability to use our services.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for:

• Breach of these Terms or any other agreement you have with GraphFusion.
• Engaging in fraudulent or illegal activities or violating any laws.
• Non-payment of fees when due.
• An extended period of inactivity or failure to respond to communication from us.

Upon termination, your right to use the services will immediately cease, and you must discontinue all use of the services.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through notifications within the service. Continued use of the service after any changes signifies your acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law
